Established in the year 1999, at Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, we Prema Exports, are well known manufacturers and exporters of garments for men, women and kids. Made from premium quality fabrics, our apparels are available in different finishes and colors that provide a stylish look to the end products. The main categories of our product range includes printed t-shirts, bermuda shorts, pants, sequence & embroidered tops, kids suits & t-shirts available in hooded, sleeveless and designers finishes.

Raw Material Processing
| The fabrics used in the manufacturing of our explicit range of garments, undergo different stages before using them in our manufacturing process. These fabrics are dried and pre-washed in the sun to prevent shrinkage in the first wash. We also pay our sincere attention on the use of quality garment accessories that make a huge difference in the final effect and fall of the garment. No such raw materials and fabrics is used, which may contain anti allergic elements or belong to anti static and anti stretching category. |
State of Infrastructure
We are supported by well equipped modern infrastructure facilities that comprises of contemporary machines and support of experienced & skilled manpower. Spread over 7000 sq. ft of area, these assist us in increasing both our production capacity, which goes up to 14500 pieces per day during the peak session. Further, facilitating the entire production process, we have separate units for cutting and stitching. Some of the production machinery utilized in our processes include:
• 15 Flat Lock machines.
• 15 Over Lock machines.
• 30 Power Singer Jugi.
• Barudan Embroidery machines.
In addition, we are also strongly backed by a group of skilled workers having several years of experience in the industry. Our team comprises of designers, textile engineers, quality controllers, as well as other skilled and semi-skilled staff. Their in-depth knowledge of garment industry gives us desired edge over our competitors. |

To avail competent services in both these fields, we have tie-ups with highly reputed packaging agencies and transportation companies.
